I bought the full set but it is locked

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase.

iPhone: be signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with. Family Sharing members get the full set too.

Android: be signed in to Google Play with the Google account you bought it with.

Photos don’t appear in my library

iPhone: Settings → Y2K Cam → Photos → Add Photos Only.

Android 8 or 9: Settings → Apps → Y2K Cam → Permissions → Storage → Allow. On Android 10 and later no permission is needed; look for the Y2K Cam album (photos in Pictures, videos in Movies).

Photos you took meanwhile are still in the app’s Roll.

The camera is black

iPhone: Settings → Y2K Cam → Camera.

Android: Settings → Apps → Y2K Cam → Permissions → Camera → Allow while using the app.

Refunds

iPhone: purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Android: purchases are handled by Google Play. Request a refund in your Google Play order history.
